Shipping and Delivery

Every order is made to order in-house. Please allow 3 to 5 business days before shipping for your item(s). After your item(s) has been processed, you will receive a tracking code, and the following are the approximate shipping times:

  • United States: Avg. 3 to 5 business days (after fulfillment).
  • Canada: Avg. 7 to 10 business days (after fulfillment). 
  • United Kingdom: Avg. 7 to 14 business days (after fulfillment).  
  • Australia: Avg. 14 to 20 business days (after fulfillment).  
  • Rest of the world: Avg. 15 to 25 business days (after fulfillment)

International Shipping

International shipments, excluding holidays, typically arrive within 14-21 business days of the order date.

Please allow up to 30 business days for orders to South Africa.

Please keep in mind that due to system volume, shipping times may increase significantly during the holiday season.
We are not in charge of customs fees and have no authority over them. It’s always a good idea to check with your local post office to see how much (if any) import taxes and fees the government will levy.
If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple packages or one package before another. This is due to the fact that we have multiple supply chains.

Taxes and other customs fees

Due to the destination country’s taxes, all international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and other customs fees. We have no control over this and are NOT responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred once your item leaves our warehouse. Due to customs delays, please allow extra time for international orders to arrive. Due to Brexit, additional fees and customs clearance fees by Royal Mail may apply prior to delivery if you live in the UK.

Delivery Claims

If your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in completing the claims process with the carrier. Please keep in mind that claims can take up to 30 days to process (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Some Slight does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that the carrier has reported as delivered. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Please double-check your address, as errors in your shipping address will result in delays in receiving your order.
